ON THE JOB INNOVATING

15 weeks innovation capability development program involving employees from diverse range of functions embedded within their day-to-day job.

PROGRAM OUTCOME

Develop a combination of cognitive skills (e.g. the ability to think creatively and critically) and behavioural skills (e.g. the ability to solve problems, to manage risk).

Able to work effectively with others; taking actions which respect the needs and contributions of others; negotiating a win-win solution to achieve team objectives.

Produce better solutions that meet new requirements, unarticulated needs, or existing market needs through more effective products, processes, or services. 

PROGRAM DESIGN

35 participants per cohort in a project-based activities for a period of 15 weeks. Activities include onboardings, workshops, online lessons, project pitches and sprints, coachings, project implementation and showcasing. On the Job Innovating is led by a lead consutant and supported by a team of coaches.

AGILE CORPORATE INNOVATION

4 - 6 months corporate innovation incubation program to design, develop and deploy new products, services or processes that integrates the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success.

PROGRAM OUTCOME

Develop fully functional agile teams within a department or division to  run business-driven agile projects.

Apply the tools and methodologies of Design Thinking and Agile Development to build new products, services and processes.

Launch validated minimum viable product that is desired, technically feasible and economically viable. 

PROGRAM DESIGN

5 squads with 5-7 members each would be formed from selected employees. They are given specific business challenges to tackle. Within a period of 4 to 6 months, using design thinking and agile development approach, a team of CIAS consultants and coaches would assist them to identify problems, propose solutions and launch new products, services or processes to the targeted market.

AGILE IMPROV CHALLENGE

Being agile is not as easy as it sounds. Practice agile attitudes and agile ways of working using excitingly popular method used by Harvard and Stanford University called Improv Theater.
