ON THE JOB INNOVATING
15 weeks innovation capability development program involving employees from diverse range of functions embedded within their day-to-day job.
Develop a combination of cognitive skills (e.g. the ability to think creatively and critically) and behavioural skills (e.g. the ability to solve problems, to manage risk).
Able to work effectively with others; taking actions which respect the needs and contributions of others; negotiating a win-win solution to achieve team objectives.
Produce better solutions that meet new requirements, unarticulated needs, or existing market needs through more effective products, processes, or services.
35 participants per cohort in a project-based activities for a period of 15 weeks. Activities include onboardings, workshops, online lessons, project pitches and sprints, coachings, project implementation and showcasing. On the Job Innovating is led by a lead consutant and supported by a team of coaches.
AGILE CORPORATE INNOVATION
4 - 6 months corporate innovation incubation program to design, develop and deploy new products, services or processes that integrates the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success.
Develop fully functional agile teams within a department or division to run business-driven agile projects.
Apply the tools and methodologies of Design Thinking and Agile Development to build new products, services and processes.
Launch validated minimum viable product that is desired, technically feasible and economically viable.
5 squads with 5-7 members each would be formed from selected employees. They are given specific business challenges to tackle. Within a period of 4 to 6 months, using design thinking and agile development approach, a team of CIAS consultants and coaches would assist them to identify problems, propose solutions and launch new products, services or processes to the targeted market.
Acquire a deep understanding of the Design Thinking principles, processes and tools. Apply the Design Thinking methodology and tools to generate breakthrough ideas and co-create an improved customer experience journey. Improve personal effectiveness by becoming a more empathetic and solutive service provider.
BUSINESS MODEL INNOVATION
Discover what is a business model and how it could help corporations grow despite heavy competitions. Learn how big corporations such as Google, Tesla and Nestle innovated on their business model to capture untapped market and business opportunities.
Workshop contents are highly practical resulting in strong applicability of all competencies being developed. •
Immersive workshop design with highly interactive sessions creates strong engagement of all participants.
It is a hands-on experience for participants to directly involve in the innovation process with close guidance from trainer and facilitator.
Understand the principles and practice of agile management. Learn to coordinate all aspects of the agile development process, including running design sprints, managing teams, and fostering a culture of experimentation. Apply what you've learned to guide a real-world product development project to successful completion.
Agile is not just for projects. Take the agile principles and practices to optimize your day to day routine work. Strategy is important, but execution is everything. Translate your OKR into sprints and sprints into results. This is the discipline of execution in an agile environment.
